Always leave them wanting more.

When speaking or writing, I’d rather people wish I’d said or written more, than leaving halfway through or moving on to the next thing. And the more I say, the less chance I have to pick what part is remembered — because they’re not going to remember all of it.

As a contract developer bidding on projects, I used the same principal to win clients. Instead of trying to sell them on my experience, I’d give enough of a solution that they wanted just one thing. More.
