Community works. When it doesn’t, you are the community.

“The Community” is not a physical entity, it is a living organism. When it works, it is because the people that make up the community are working together to make it work. When it fails, it is not “The Community” that has failed, it is the people in it who have failed.

Work with the community. When it fails, don’t get disgusted at the failure; get involved and help solve the problem.
