The dynamics of a user group are very broad. We have attendees who are looking to build their knowledge with PHP, people who have never programmed ever, and people who have been developing software for a good portion of their life. The amazing thing that happens at user groups is watching everyone, of all experience levels, sharing and learning after the meeting is over. People just starting out have such a fresh outlook on things that many people of large experience never questioned or even considered. I have learned there is always an experience or path to knowledge that someone can benefit from. As children, we would go on forever talking about all of the things we learned in one day. Maybe we should strive to be more like children and share without the fear of judgment.
